STEPS & BULKHEADS: These precast structures enable a viable means of egress into & out of a house. Precast steps come in two styles ie. Basic concrete or a stoney fill by Granitex. The steps can have from 1-6 rise including a standard top platform. Another available product are Precast Bulkheads for entryway to ones cellar. There are several sizes available to match footing to grade. Bulkheads are also offered with additional top steel doors by Bilco.
