Pump Chambers are located in the secondary stage of a sub-surface septic system between the septic tank and the distribution boxes. The chamber contains a pump, a high water alarm float and pump control floats.Their primary purpose is to pump the effluent from the tank to a higher elevation. These precast concrete tanks are H20 rated and can handle higher load conditions from overhead traffic.
The size of the chambers & pumps are dependent on system requirement coupled with engineering and environmental criteria.
